Aluminium reduces CO2 emissions in the construction industry as is takes less energy to mine, extrude, manufacture and transport than other metals. It has great insulation properties, which means that when a building uses aluminium, less energy is needed to regulate the temperature in a building.

Aluminium requires minimum maintenance and is recyclable. Almost 40% of new aluminium products are comprised of recycled metal.
